Ingredients (servings for a jar of approximately 300 grams):- 200g of roasted hazelnuts
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 20g of raw cane sugar
- 15ml of seed oil
- 10g of unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
- Chop the hazelnuts in a food processor with the sugar and cocoa
- Transfer to a bowl
- Add the seed oil
- Add the melted chocolate in a bain-marie
- Mix well
