The Milk Machines
Among the most appreciated and widely used machines for plant-based milk on the market, Soyabella is probably the one that allows for the production of the most different types of alternative milks.

Among the most appreciated and widely used machines for plant-based milk on the market, Soyabella is probably the one that allows for the production of the most different types of alternative milks at a relatively low cost (around 170 euros). Equipped with specific software that allows for the autonomous management of all processes necessary to obtain an excellent finished product - namely grinding, filtering, and cooking - Soyabella is quick (it takes just a quarter of an hour to obtain delicious plant-based milk) and allows for the production of soy, rice, almond, oat, millet, wheat, kamut, barley milk, and all the milks one can think of! But the real strength of this machine is that it also accommodates the preparation of tofu, soy burgers, baby food, and 100% vegan yogurt, cream, and mayonnaise. With all these functions available, amortising the purchase costs of the machine is very simple and happens in just a few months, given the significant savings obtained compared to buying finished products.
Significantly more expensive, Vegan Star Vital is also an excellent machine designed to produce plant-based milks directly at home. Made almost entirely of stainless steel, this machine does not use any filters, is as fast as the Soyabella (it takes a quarter of an hour to obtain the finished milk), and, like the latter, allows for the preparation of various types of plant-based milks without additives as well as other foods such as tofu, soy burgers, etc. Compared to Soyabella, Vegan Star Vital is more effective in terms of grinding, as it has more blades (consequently, it is also a bit faster), has more programmes, works without a filter, and is designed to have excellent resistance to moisture, which can often prematurely damage this type of machinery. The slightly higher price of this model is also justified by its more refined, essential, and less bulky design.
Very economical (its price does not exceed 50 euros), ChufaMix is a kitchen tool used to squeeze nuts, seeds, cereals, and various herbs to obtain equally plant-based drinks, including premium milks that are usually purchased in supermarkets, such as soy, rice, almond, and wheat milk, etc.
Significantly more rudimentary compared to the other two models presented so far, ChufaMix has a more laborious operation: first, it is necessary to fill the container with water, then pour in the raw material from which to extract the drinks (seeds, herbs, etc.), insert the electric blender, blend, and then extract the glass with the ready drink.
Soyafacile Midzu is also very economical (more so than Soyabella and Vegan Star Vital) and allows for the production of not only a large quantity of milks but also all related products such as tofu, burgers, cream, porridge, etc. It is not as quick as the first two machines presented; however, in about twenty minutes, one can obtain the finished product (it takes just five minutes longer). For the rest, although it does not grind coffee beans (only the Vegan Star model can do that), this machine is still robust and does its job very well (besides being probably the most aesthetically pleasing).
